Beginning Monday, February 12, Frenship ISD will offer adult classes in English as a Second Language at no charge to parents.
Parents will learn and practice the basic techniques of listening, speaking, reading and writing in the English language.
Classes will be Monday through Thursday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Willow Bend Elementary, computer lab 610.
