Last week, the Frenship Ninth Grade Center wrapped up its annual Children’s Miracle Network fundraiser with an exciting campus event. The Student Council and Chick-fil-A Leadership Academy joined forces to maximize their impact.

Frenship High School junior Isabelle Verastegui has earned a prestigious National Silver Key from the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards for her visual art piece, “Elegance with Motion.” This award places her among some of the most celebrated artists in the nation.

On Thursday, several Atmos Energy employees made a special stop at Willow Bend Elementary to share their love of reading with kindergarten students. After the story time, each kindergartener was surprised with a donated book and backpack to take home.

Frenship ISD is excited to announce the hiring of Jason Cooper as the Frenship Memorial High School Girls Athletic Coordinator and Head Girls Basketball Coach. Cooper joins the Frenship family with an impressive coaching record and numerous awards that span 26 years in high school and collegiate athletics.

On Wednesday night, the Frenship ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved naming Scott Sims as the new Frenship ISD Executive Director of Administrative Services beginning the 2025-2026 school year.
