Hello!! 
My name is Lyndsi Stewart and this is my 7th year in education. I taught Early Childhood Special Education and Kindergarten before settling in 1st grade. I am a Frenship Tiger through and through! As a child I was able to walk the halls of this very school, Bennett, as a student when it was an intermediate school (5th and 6th grade). I graduated from Frenship High School in 2010 and went on to receive an associate's degree from South Plains College before moving to Texas Tech University where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in social work. I spent my first few years post-college working in child welfare before I found a love for teaching. My passion to serve children and families remains steadfast from social work all the way to the classroom. 

My husband (also a Frenship alum!) and I have been married for 15 years. He is the supervisor over the fraud department of City Bank. We have 4 wonderful boys: Noah, Nathaniel, Jacob and Levi. Our boys keep us busy with swim team and soccer practices, games, tournaments and the like! We seem to be always on the go but when we are not, we love spending time together in our back yard. My hobbies include gardening, weightlifting, and anything I can do with all of those Stewart boys! I love to try new restaurants in town and consider myself to be quite the "foodie." 

I am so thankful year after year to be blessed with the opportunity to work with your children. I truly love teaching and finding new ways to reach children in a fun and engaging way. I strive to create an environment where we can all try, fail, succeed, try again, and always have fun in the process. I cherish getting to know parents and families so that we can all work together to ensure your child has the best educational experience possible.
