Hi!   I'm Amy

 

I run the workroom at Bennett Elementary........except on days it runs me!

 

When I am not at work, I love to sit in my reading room at home with a good book and a fun drink or in my quilting room with an audiobook and amazing fabric!

 

Burgers, tacos, trips to our family cabin, seeing my son (24) and grandson (2), going places with my daughter (21), and hanging out with my sweet husband (of 30 years!) are a few things that bring joy to my life!

 

I'm an optimist at heart, so I love life and try to find good in every day life.  I am pretty much down for any adventure, but I am an introverted extrovert, so it could take a bit to get me out there. I have a stubborn will but a giving heart, so I don't budge easily on what I hold tight to but I care and want the people in my village to feel loved.  

 

I am grateful to be working with a great group of educators and some pretty fantastic kids!
