Melinda Baker
Hi, Bennett families!
My name is Melinda Baker and I am the Reading Resource and SPED Dyslexia teacher at Bennett Elementary. I studied at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Early Childhood Education and joined the Bennett family in 2024. This is my 14th year in education.
When I'm not in school, you can usually find me shopping or spending time with my daughter, Collins and our dog, Charlie.
The best part of being at Bennett is the family feeling amongst staff and working with all the students. I'm excited for another wonderful year of learning, growing and making memories with our Bennett family.
