I am excited to join Frenship as the new Assistant Principal at Bennett Elementary School. I feel that I bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to my new role, joining the Frenship Family after seven years in education at Lubbock-Cooper ISD. While at Lubbock-Cooper, I served as a special education inclusion teacher, co-taught fourth grade math, and most recently, led a self-contained third grade classroom. I’ve always felt a strong connection to Frenship ISD as my cousins were proud Frenship students, and I had the privilege of student teaching here. The district’s welcoming, family-centered atmosphere has continually drawn me back and made a lasting impression. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact while building a positive and inclusive school culture.
As I step into this exciting new chapter as an administrator, I’m energized by all the opportunities it presents. The challenges to overcome, the growth ahead, and most importantly the chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact. Above all, what excites me the most is the privilege of cultivating strong, supportive relationships with both staff and students. I believe that genuine connection is the foundation of a thriving school culture. I couldn’t be more excited to create an environment where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Lubbock Christian University. At home, my husband, Jacob, and I are raising two children, Olivia, who is entering first grade, and Saige, who is two years old. As a family, we’re thrilled to be part of the Frenship community and look forward to raising our children within the nurturing and values-driven environment that Frenship ISD embodies!
