The 2017-18 school year has officially begun!

Welcome to Frenship ISD for the 2017-18 school year!

Liz Murray, author of her best-selling memoir “Breaking Night,” spoke to more than 1,000 educators Friday (Aug. 18) during Frenship’s annual West Texas Innovation Summit.

This is one of the largest amounts of new employee hires the district has had for both teachers and paraprofessionals combined.

Frenship ISD teachers and staff members began the new school year off on the right foot as they all celebrated what it means to be a Frenship Tiger.

As stores and parents amp up for school supply shopping during Tax Free Weekend (Aug. 11-13), beginning this Friday, Frenship ISD has all of the needed school supply lists for each campus available for parents and FISD students.

It’s time to make plans to purchase reserved season tickets for the 2017 Frenship Tiger football season. Season tickets will be $40.00 per reserved seat for the four home games this season.

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) recently redesigned its STAAR report cards for all students to improve communication and transparency with educators and families.
